What are your expectations for a raise? Amount and cadence?

Just went through the whole process...ended up with 3% prorated since I was at the co for less than a year. I was expecting more as I do marketing and we crushed it. For your role, and taking an honest assessment of how you performed, what did/do you expect?

We’re about to go through our review as well and 3-5% is standard. It’s unfortunate when you think you deserve 10%+ and crushed it but from what I know, very industry standard.

I expect nothing and then an extra 20k when I move to a new company. Also work in marketing.

Expect 3%. 9% was offered mid career but then rescinded. It took another year of crushing it to get a 20% raise from the CMO directly.

Please switch to a better company! Cadence sucks big time! At least the CPG group! From top to middle managers, they are bunch of non qualified folks! It’s the engineers who are running the products! Most of them are unhappy!
