What (company + SDE level) in Seattle can offer 300K TC without competing offer?

Amazon! just get promoted to L6 ;) my TCT is over 300k. Are all six years in AWS? If so that seems like plenty of time to be pushing for L6
I agree with you. But it may take 2+ years for me to get to L6. My rough guess.
How is your TCT over 300k? That infamous Amazon refreshers post was saying you will be at the bottom of the band when you get promoted, which is 270k for L6 apparently

TC is really low for 6 yrs I think. I'm fresh grad and at 200k

The TC obsession is misguided, you are just betting on a stock. What matters for comparison is base and lots of companies have 150-200k base.
So what public company offer high base, high cash bonus and stocks so I can make it to 300K TC on w2?
