What do think of buying Airbnb Property?
I have $100k to invest. I was wondering if buying property in places like Lake Tahoe with some 3-4 investment partners would be good idea? You can also use it yourself when you want and Airbnb it when not.

That’s the main risk with this scheme: municipalities banning it. It interferes with hospitality business interests which have strong ties with local politicians NYC is a good example
Don’t have too many partners for a property you intend to use yourself.
