Hey y’all,
Im pretty new to tech (career switch) and I’ve been at Morgan Stanley for 2 months now. What is the consensus on working at these banks.
I definitely don’t plan to remain here past a year so I’ll like some advice on how to plan my exit strategy.

Onboarding process is non existent. Well, at least with my team. There’s no system in place, which is shocking for a company like this
Feel like I’m not being supported thus far and it seems like there’s not a plan in place for me. Just working on the fly.
Feels like it would be hard to get promoted. Super old school in that regard.
Pros:
Manager is personable and understanding.
Job isn’t stressful yet so WLB is good.
Tech job @ bank has good WLB, but they underpay !
