Subject says it all!
It's public, you can look it up.
OP is asking for the executive admin, not CEO BTW.
levels.fyi in this case
Well it depends on how good of a "job" she does 😏
It’s probably hard to say and could vary a lot because these guys are making tens or hundreds of millions, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see them make $100-200k
I bet that’s the right range. Probably closer to 200. They know a lot
Yeah, it probably makes an enormous difference to the company whether the CEO's assistant is fantastic or decent. I can imagine they'd be will to pay a lot more than 200k if someone is really amazing at keeping the CEO making $100M productive.
There are different levels of "assistant", probably all at management levels... May I remind you that gangster Jassy was Bezos' technical assistant for 2 years?
TA (technical’s advisor) and EA (executive assistant) are very different. TA’s are hand picked and groomed for the next level.
TAs are closer to a chief of staff than an EA (despite the confusing name). They go to important meetings with their boss, write docs for them, make decisions for them, etc. Then when their 1 - 2 years are up, they are cycled back into a leadership position of an important team. It’s a job meant to train high potential Amazonians in how leaders at the L10+ level think, and bring that thinking down to the lower levels of the company.
I would say around $115k/year + a little stock & bonus... level 59 at microsoft...equal level to a kid fresh out of college...level 60 maybe.
People fresh out of college don’t qualify for that role helloooooo are you kidding? Zero experience? I’m I have 17 years experience. You can’t just become an EA. You have to know how to be one. Gee whiz. Crying out loud. Now we know who never gets jack from the EA in your office ha ha! You!!!! Zero respect!!!
115k would be for a Silicon Valley VP’s EA. A CEO’s EA will be more like 150-200k. You would need a ton of experience to be the EA to a public CEO.
$150k+, bonus & equity!
Maybe for a CEO in a smaller company, but for someone as an EA to a high power CEO I would expect closer to $200k
Accurate
They define the day of the CEO. They are paid atleast a directors TC in that company.
It is not what they do, but rather the market rate for what they do.
The wording for your question is so bad bro. OP is asking TC for executive assistant to a CEO

Isn't TC for CEO of public companies published to the public?
They specified their EA, not the CEOs themself.
