What dos stock refresher mean?
Recruiter at Apple kept mentioning that after some time, the base becomes less relevant and most of the income is from RSU refreshers which keep adding up and will probably surpass the base. The initial RSU offered though is only 20% of the base, how do refreshers work and how many years till it surpasses the base?

Wow 200k sounds high. What level is that for? Refreshers are typically given on an annual basis which are lower than your new hire grant

I’d say after 3 years your annual stock (including stock refreshers + appreciation) would exceed your base
