    I can say, based on my experience, treatment of the office manager varied from company to company. Thus to ARM’s point, I think some office admins will have learned how to better gauge the values of their employer’s executives and BOD.

    Expect a lot of redundancies in 2021 when reality sets in that we won't be returning to the office for a few years. These stale useless ladder clingers will be gone. Only the most competent will remain. It's hilarious watching the insecurity set in from people who got comfortable and thought the TC would climb forever. They know they won't be finding another job when they get the boot because they sipped too much koolaid.
