37k (intern), 48k, 50k, 55k, 65k, 70k, 78k, 80k, 90k YOE 8 I just accepted a FANG offer for 200k. I start in a few weeks. I’m in very LCOL area.

Marketing isn’t the most lucrative compared to more tech-like roles. Unless you become a product marketer which pays very well. You can learn some SQL, Python and data related programs and make a lot more money.
No it's also the company. If you were in marketing at FANG, you'd make way more than the techies at ICU Med. They'd be dreaming abt working in marketing instead.
My job out of grad school, my TC was around 150k in 2013, flipped to a startup in a couple of years with TC around 200k, then moved to a big company with TC around 350k in 2017. Now at FB with > 400k TC

I did internships at $12, $15, and then $30/hr. My fulltime comp, for about a year each, have been $90k, $100k, $110k, $500k, $580k, $750k, and I expect this year to be around $1M. I changed jobs once since graduating; you can probably guess when. Edit: Yep, just over $1M this year.
