The usual slack, confluence and Jira. Also have some home grown tools for self service deployment of micro services to the k8s clusters.

So does it matter how many likes u get on a design doc?
Likes are sensitive topic. If your manager likes your post (or not) it means something. There's a lot of hidden office politics in the internal like system.
There are no design docs at Fb.
