I would like to know in more detail what the "Azure Customer Experience & Platform" group does. Is it a good group? Do they work on interesting projects, etc...? About me: backend engineer, ~2.5 YOE.
CXP == customer support. Why would a backend engineer want to work there?
That is exactly what I am trying to figure out. There must be engineering work that goes on in the background to provide customer support. Are there interesting projects they are doing there?
