  this is indeed possible. which is not to say every candidate receives an offer at that level.
  
  NXT is for candidates with 1-6 years of experience. the comp you mention certainly isn’t unheard of for candidates at the higher end of that experience range.

  The memo mentions 1-6 years of professional experience and that you start at a senior position. But from what you are saying it doesn't sound like something for L5 or L6 at Google.
