Then the document is very misleading
this is correct... it’s an accelerator program
this is indeed possible. which is not to say every candidate receives an offer at that level. NXT is for candidates with 1-6 years of experience. the comp you mention certainly isn’t unheard of for candidates at the higher end of that experience range.
It’s just a recruitment tool for top universities. Just another way of saying new grad.

The memo mentions 1-6 years of professional experience and that you start at a senior position. But from what you are saying it doesn't sound like something for L5 or L6 at Google.
