What is Employer match percentage in your 401K?
i am just curious to find out. I saw an employer offer 6% match which is great. historically i have received upto 2-3% in past. What is the contribution for FAANG?

Basically 4% match. 100% up to 3% then 50% percent for 4% and 5%.

100% match to 6%, then a 4.5% payment into 401k at end of the year. So the company contributes 10.5%.

The base is much less so is it really worth it?
BLOT: 100% up to 6% of salary. 50% up to 6% guaranteed, upped to 100% at year end as an unguaranteed bonus that happens every year.
5% match, but it used to be 5-6% profit sharing (you get the contribution even if you don’t contribute).
Google is 100% match until 3% of pay, and then 50% until 10%
Is there a cap? If you're earning 150K base and contribute 19500, this would suggest that Google would contribute $12,000, which is more than a previous thread where people said Google matches up to $9,750.
Also, are just pre-tax / Roth contributions matched or does Google match after-tax too?
