What is Google and Facebook's negative PTO policy?
Evaluating offers from them. Would like to know the max days of negative PTO you are allowed, since I often max out my time off. Thanks!

You can borrow up to 10 days ahead with manager approval. Never had an issue

No need for an approval. Just take it. In case you leave before accruing those 10 days, you'll pay from your last check
Google is 5 days (I know because I went negative 2 days my second week in).
What if you want more than that, like if your kid is running sick?
Sick days are not counted as vacation at G
