In addition to a performance review, you will get rated. You can be Improvement Required (~5%) successful (~70%), Exceeds Expectations (~15%) or Outstanding (~10%).
Budgets for raises vary every year, but for a long time have been in the low single digit percentage. If you are IR, you will get 0, S 2-3%, EE 4-5%, O 5-10%. If you get a promo, increase ~10%.
(Here us where everyone will jump in and say these numbers are wrong because once they got something different... while ymmv, these are a decent baseline).
Intel should teach a class in how to manage focal as an employee if they aren't going to change it.
