What is Working at Riot Games like for SRE /DevOps

Hello guys for those that work riot and are in a position of SRE or devops engineer, how hard was it to get into riot and how is the work culture like. I have about 3 years of experience in Site reliability engineering, and next year I’m planning of applying there. Any tips or suggestions would help.

    I was there long ago, before they had well defined jobs and roles. Wasn't hard to get in, they approached at a tech conference. Work culture has changed a lot, read up on the current culture doc with a healthy dose of skepticism. Engineering org is overwhelmingly white cis hetero male, need to know how to adapt well.
