What is the average a manager can earn in Facebook?
Hi just curious. Moving from Amazon (L6) to Facebook. Taking in consideration the current value of the stocks I want to check the compensation ranges they have make sense or not for the move.

At M1 you should expect a base of 210k and 20% target bonus. Plus about a similar amount in RSUs so somewhere in the $500k range. You also get refreshers and roughly 5% raises every year regardless of whether the stock price is going up.
M1 FB == L6 FB?
Yes.
I interviewed for M2 and it was $450k+ in TC at the low end.
That was M1. M2 TC is higher.
Recruiter may have bern confused. They seemed very disorganized.
Sorry so just to make this useful for other folks, what are the ranges for M0, M1 and M2 (L5, L6 and L7 in Amazon)
