What is the average commission for internet, cable and wireless?

Statewide cable company similar to Comcast. I sell internet, cable tv and wireless to consumers. The call me and by the time they hang up they signed up for internet that is $75-150 mo depending on the package and TV that is $50-100/mo plus premiums like HBO/Max. Position is W9 and straight commission. Leads are provided and some self generated. Apartment managers and property managers give out my number. Other leads come via inbound email to the company from potential subscribers. No benefits whatsoever. Extremely supportive management and culture—if you perform. I love what I do and where I work. Just wondering what other companies pay for new subs.
