While not the best in compensation, I would most certainly say I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Microsoft. Learned a shit ton, made some good money (started out of college), and mostly did work when I wanted/where I wanted. 100% remote WFH, had a great manager and team. I left to go to AMZN for >2x comp. Will I regret it? Who knows, but Microsoft was a damn good ride.
