Considering new grads is 100k I highly doubt this.
125 is about right. New grads don’t make $100. My company was acquired by BLK so I am deeply familiar. Check h1binfo data if you are unsure.
That sounds very low for a VP unless it’s a widget making role.
Basically everyone is a VP... it's a mid level title. Managing Director is where you start to make decent money.
You’re right ... a lot of VPs and Directors and even MDs ... I haven’t seen a hierarchy distribution like this it’s like a bell curve lol ... too many VPs and Directors
