I did this earlier in the year and got to their on site but then the more they described it the more it sounded like a support role, just a FYI if you’re not aware. But coding questions was real simple and they asked about network troubleshooting in earlier rounds
It is a support role. TSEs handle customer tickets that get escalated when level 1 support are unable to resolve.
TSEs are essentially level 2 support that can talk to SWEs.
