So I see this lady who parks everyday in disability parking spot on the road side. Today she exited the car and walked perfectly fine and since the time was running out on the signal she even sprinted to the other side perfectly fine. I observed the she has this blue color disability pass attached inside her car. So what makes person disable to get this pass? How can I get one?
Might be that she is genuinely disabled and could have been feeling excellent that day. Could have a bad ailment that can strike without warning (like heart issues or MS). You could probably just worry about yourself and let others worry about themselves.
Pretty easy answer here - the driver has presented paperwork to the state which determined a disability. This is what was used to get a pass. The medical reasoning doesnt matter because it's none of your business and you arent entitled to know someone's personal details.
I see this lady in the gym working out also so that had me question how can I get myself this pass..
Google and figure out your state laws regarding disability plates and go get one if parking 10 meters closer is so important to you.
The sticker in the car
Not your business, so doesn't matter what it is. If she has a valid sticker, then it's not really your place to care.
Next time have balls and ask her why.
Its none of my business so asking anonymous forum!
Ok so you are not furious over why she parks there and genuinely asking how to get that blue tag?
The Doctor that has more medical training than you and the state employee that verified the medical documentation. That’s what gives her the right. That she was able to sprint for 30 seconds doesn’t mean shit. That you observed her “walking fine” doesn’t mean shit. Worry about your own shit. I say that as someone who has had a temp handicap hanger several times and has 2 relatives with handicap plates.
My cousin has a rare condition that, if triggered, gets him in a coma. We've almost lost him before; a zillion medical interventions and surgeries and ventilators saved him. When he has these episodes it's months before he's functioning normally again, often having to walk with the IV drips alongside him. He rightfully got the disabled parking tag and you wouldn't know all of this about him if you just looked at him sprinting to the door one time. Before you say you really want the blue parking tag, think about all the stuff you need to go through physically and mentally in order to qualify for it and think about whether you still want it that bad.
A sane well-informed reply. Thank you And well wishes to your cousin.
Hmmmm. Same logic can be applied to counter people who think migrants have it easy. Wish all the strength to your cousin and family.
I know someone who had Lyme disease and to a state where they couldn't function normally like the others in terms of a regular day to day job and eventually they quit their job. Physically she looked absolutely fine. There are things you don't see.
I know a lady who uses her son’s disability pass. Makes some dumb excuse to say why it’s ok. So yea, as positive as everyone is being right now, fraud here is totally plausible.

Might be that the primary user of the car is disabled and she’s misusing the tag. Edit: or maybe she was having a good day today but is generally in some kind of pain?
I see this car is being parked in the same disability spot everyday for over 6 months now and its a convertible mustang!
A convertible mustang? No!? Disabled people aren't allowed to have fun cars. She's clearly a fraud.
