What offer can I expect at Microsoft?

Expecting offer: 1 year at Cisco - program management / engineering rotation 1 year at another SF company - mostly front end dev, some back end Didn’t knock the interview out of the park, but sounds like I did well enough to lock in an offer. Can I expect 200k+? I love my current job and might not leave for anything less. I am essentially my own boss, work remote 90%, and own an entire feature 2YOE 140-150k TC
