What offer to ask pure storage for EM position?
Getting an offer. What can I ask? Recruiter hinting at me giving the first number. I am already at 500k. Can they beat that? Also how are refreshers, bonus %? Any other advice? I like Google, and without a good jump in comp, will stay. Thanks!

Too cocky to ask for comp before knowing you are getting an offer.
Not really. It’s probably good to make sure you and the company are on the same page before wasting both yours and the company’s time
