What parts of your own tech job could you outsource privately?

Has anyone successfully outsourced tasks that they have to do for work? If so, please share your experience.

If you were allowed to do this, what tasks would you outsource and why? In what situations would you consider this an acceptable practice and what is a no-go?

With most people WFH these days, it might seem easier to outsource your own job privately. However it would be virtually impossible to balance this while maintaining control of company information. Would love to hear what others think about this and if anyone has been brave enough to try it, especially for FANG!
