Amazon benefits are basically the same for everyone in corporate. Yes there are WFH expenses deductible. Google the benefits yourself they are out there. Perks & Amazon aren't never in same sentence

You can expense certain equipment like monitor, keyboard etc. idk if they still let you expense office furniture. They did when I was there when Covid first broke out but it was pretty low spending limits. And nobody gets a work phone. You might be able to expense your phone bill if you’re in a role that requires on call but idk for sure. Going to meta has been an eye opener in terms of pay and perks. It’s essentially the opposite of Amazon.
