Take the SDE job, will do your skills and resume better for SDE jobs. Moving from Amazon is just as easy as moving from Facebook. They're both FANG. They're also both in the two least liked, no real better choice here from that view.
Always remember among the Faang, the least preferable one is Amazon.
Also I hear a lot more growth opportunities in FB.
If data pipelines and data infra interest you, go the DE route.
