I work at a marketing company in the Southeast and the company likes to make up job titles that aren’t comparable in the industry. I am a manager/lead for a digital team that works creating digital products: websites (design & dev), video & audio, digital ads, photography. What would be an industry standard job title for my position and what kind of salary should I be receiving?
Eh. AV covers a lot of that in companies I've worked, however I'm not sure how they spin that on resumes. Producer or manager sounds relatively accurate.
It sounds like you can be a Marketing Manager or Product Manager, but not a Software Engineering Manager. You can either be an individual contributor, or have a few direct reports. Note: I am just best guessing based on the limited info you gave here.

Heard congress distributing wealth
You know my old Boss once told me a harsh truth. Suckers who get enamored by fancy positions are insecure people who get taken advantage of. Smart people work hard and smart for money. You earn the skill, position means nothing unless you are in govt.
Sounds dramatic and all. But position matters. Higher you go higher your comp.
And how do you think you would go higher? By bullshitting or by having skillset no one has? You need skills, position will come in due time. It all comes down to priorities in life.
