Wouldn't recommend Salesforce for new grads, the tech stack is old and use a bunch of internal/ Salesforce only frameworks, while the engineering quality and culture are subpar especially compared to FANG. It's a very hierarchical and political company where things move slow and they spend a bit too much time talking instead of getting things done. I feel like new grads should pick a place that helps them learn and grow quickly. Salesforce is a better place for people who already have quite a few years of experience and can get a higher ranking title then just rest and vest.

Have you worked at Salesforce before? Sometimes I question whether insight from blind are primary sources or secondary that they’re parroting from elsewhere.
