What time do you start working?

We(in SF) recently decided to work with NY team more closely, so changed the standup schedule to 8:30am PT. To compensate for the commute and my morning workout routine, I have to get up by 5:30 now. This is so painful and making me want to leave the company 😭

Wondering when do each of you get into the office (possibly the time of your first meeting)?
