What to ask / expect Sr Software Engineer @ Target , Minneapolis
What is the range for a TC, Base and joining bonus @ Target Minneapolis with 6 YOE? My Current TC at PFG, DSM : 110k Base: 105k Stock : 5k The recruiter doesn’t want move forward with my application without me telling him my expectations. Thank you
6 yoe you'd be expecting about $140K. You could probably ask for more depending on how well you think you did, and what their tone is. Also always ask for signing bonus. At least 20K

General rule is whoever says the number first loses. Do some research about market average for a Sr dev in the Minneapolis area. But they have a loose pay range for Sr devs at Target of $115k-$145k. This is base
