In Bellevue, which is good to buy for living but at the same time easily rentable as well if you wan to ?
Why is that? Actually this is 2nd home first is a single family in east.
Sfh
Both are good. The new townhomes are building in Bellevue are amazing.
If you can afford it, SFH. It will appreciate faster plus HOA is cheaper or none at all. Rent is also higher.
Can you afford a sfh in Bellevue ? Then go for it. Else townhomes which are brand new are priced around 750k. I personally think they are better rentals as you have he HOA breathing down their neck
Link to some of these townhomes in Bellevue, anyone?
There are some 100’s of town homes being built at Crossroads
When buying real estate I’d say location trumps every other factor regardless of townhome or SFH.
Location, location, location.
