How do you see rent prices in NY for studio or 2 bed over the next two years? I hear it may take a while for people to come back and look for housing but at the same time I’m slowly seeing some rent prices already creep back up #housing #newyork

  • All the real estate developments in NYC are fixing price. They are increasing rates and making people sign NDAs who they give deals to. This makes people who are new to the area, or don't know this actually believe the inflated prices are the real prices. Truth is, you should be fighting for below net rent price.
