A. Get in as a Amazon Warehouse Employee and go through their training programs to get into Tech/SWE B. Join a staffing agency and hope to get put on a nice reputable tech company and then hope to transfer over to FT to said tech company
Why would you want to be a warehouse employee? Also, that limits you just to Amazon vs. gaining tech experience that would help you get into any company
In what scenario would you be running around the amazon warehouse floor and your manager taps you on the shoulder and says âhey youâve been doing awesome stuffing those boxes, weâve been looking for someone just like you to come sit behind a computer and code for us. Oh you donât know how to code? We will train you!â
The same universe where your second job is a pizza delivery guy, and the hot woman in a bathrobe doesn't have $ to pay for the pizza...
We have plenty of employees that started in fulfillment centers, did the tech training courses and then transitioned to technical roles and then to network/system/software engineers. VP of networking famously came from this track.
