I know a few who left Microsoft to go to Disney. Don’t do it unless they are offering an opportunity to do work or have a level of responsibility that you cannot get elsewhere, because they don’t pay as competitively.

Disney is a pretty great place to work but don't expect their pay to be as high as a startup or tech company. I know people who have been there for nearly 10 years and are happy. You get stability if you're a full time hire, but they use contractors pretty heavily and rarely convert. I can't answer your question though since I haven't worked there for years.
