What about total comp
Base + signing bonus (usually first two years) + RSUs = TC. The RSUs have a nonlinear vesting schedule over four years, but the signing bonus is used to smooth it out.
Do performance based rsu grants have the same non linear vesting schedule? Or is it even?
What is a typical tc range for each level?
Glasdoor or paysa has this info

Check out http://levels.fyi and click on their entry level positions
Current New grads offer is 145 TC Sde 2 TC ranges from 170-230 Sde 3 TC ranges from 250-350 Principal TC ranges from 400-600 There's 2 more levels after that (senior principal and distinguished) but I haven't heard much data on those (I did see one vp (same level as distinguished) claim 4 million one year which I can actually see with our insane stock growth).
