What's a good comp for Designer 1 and designer 2 @ Microsoft?I have 3 years of FTE exp and 2 more years of internship

I have 3 years of FTE exp and 2 more years of internship experience in total. What is a comp that I should negotiate? Also have an engineering degree & HCI minor
