What's a jump in comp that makes switching worth it
I work in a data science role, where I'm building models for large customers in GCP then providing training and handing off my work. TC $350k with 6 YOE. I'm happy and had no intentions of leaving.
Facebook reached out for interviews. It's a product analytics role, don't know much else at the moment. What's a jump in total comp that makes it worth it for me to seriously consider?
Last point worth noting is I expect promo this cycle from l5 to l6.
