Potential for a large annual bonus? Or just give me a fat base salary? I’ve heard Netflix just pays a fat base, no bonus. Is that true?
On doing what can u get fired from netflix ?
Is both an option? I want both. Never hurts to ask, right?
I’d rather get the large base salary. There’s too much of a possibility of working hard but not getting the correct reward due to politics/timing/whatever.
I prefer large base, bonus and stock rewards are subject to politics , your relationship with manager, and cross team visibility. If you do not meet the bar, you can get fired anytime in companies like Netflix, which i don't mind.
Yes fat base , no benefits bonus of stocks - also you can get fired anytime
