Judging from what I read on Blind seems like it’s the FAANG for networking companies...Is this true? What’s the hiring process like? Is it leetcode hard?
We're apparently the fastest growing cybersecurity company on Earth, so I think it's going pretty good. Hiring process is in flux and depends on department. Some departments prefer generic FAANG interview, but other departments do take-home coding tests and test for niche knowledge about systems programming, network protocols, etc. System design is often important especially in newer teams.
Working here, surprisingly, keeps getting better. I've been here for years and recently I've seen some really excellent new management come in. I haven't worked for any other FANG equivalent so I don't have a direct comparison. But based on here say, I'm glad to be here. And jCjL72 is right about the interview process.
How’s the TC ?
Well we pay high enough that we frequently snipe FAANG engineers... Search highest paying companies by median pay and you'll see PAN near the top.
I don't doubt that PAN pays well, but those median pay rankings are garbage. C'mon.
They do pay well
RRA are all F5 engineers bright and highly paid? If not, apply here. I am sure distribution of idiots is way less than F5 :)

I know some really bright people there. But I also know idiots who've landed there.
