When I did it aside from the phone screen it was completely domain specific. Know you vanilla js and web applications stuff well. LinkedIn is an ember shop but the interview process is framework agnostic and you probably be best served brushing up on doing stuff without frameworks. Also do some basic data structures and algorithms stuff might be there P.S. if you got through Square's UI eng process Linkedin's will be a cakewalk. Source: I've been rejected by Sqaure like 3 times lol. And obvi got offered by LinkedIn

Even better. Cant speak for other companies but at LinkedIn no one cares once you get it. You can work on whatever you want. You'll just only be responsible for what you interviewed for.
