What’s the best time to check for cancellation slots for L1A visa interview ? (In India)

I have been attempting to advance my visa interview slot for a few days now and I don’t see any cancellation slots at all. People have told me cancellations slot get released and show up on the website at 12 AM everyday but I haven’t even seen one cancellation slot (earlier than the regular wait time) open till date. Am I checking at the wrong time ? Any tips/tricks to get lucky ?
