What’s the max TC I could get?
I have 2 years of experience with 7 months of Facebook on my resume. My TC is a bit low because I’m an Enterprise engineer and not a SWE. TC is 150k (less now that FB stock is down) If I went out and interviewed at tech companies in the Bay Area, what’s the max TC I could get and at which companies assuming I do well in interviews and negotiate well. I’m not necessarily going to interview. I just want to know how much I could potentially be getting at the moment.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but still... You are doing well for 2yoe, I hardly believe you will be able to pull more. Instead of chasing higher TC and jumping ship so soon, I would focus on learning and growing as much as you can in your current role. Careers are marathons, not sprints.
You would get a better deal as Eng 1 at Uber
Prep/interview and transfer to SWE at FB maybe? Or move up the EE ranks fast?

Netflix only hires seniors afaik. I only have 2 yoe
