What’s the purpose of your life? How did you find it?
I’m tired of rat race of chasing higher TC , money doesn’t excite me anymore. I don’t have fantasy of buying expensive cars or home etc. I keep questioning my purpose of life, why am I doing what am I doing. I just turned 30 and I realized that 3/8th of my life is potentially over. Chasing money,status is not making any sense to me. I want to live a simple life. When I turn 60, I don’t want to say “ I wish I would have done this, that etc” How did you discover the purpose of your life ? How happy are you with your life ? Tc:140k

There is no purpose besides the purpose you decide to imbue into your life.
This. Tim Ferris in his book 4 hour work week was talking about — you work towards the problem you feel whether it be world hunger or providing for your partner (if you don’t have one yet)/ family. For me, making connections with people have helped immensely. how about friends? Or looking at meetups with your specific interests? Or making a trip out of state or country (if possible) to find your culture. Or a 10 day silent meditation retreat if you’re into that. Or starting a hobby like making your own social content channel or web or whatever? Best to you and keep us posted. :)
Surprisingly - raising my kids. Was 100% money and status chaser until I had my first son (was always meh on kids). Now raising those little dudes is the best thing ever.

Life is not what it seems. Life is a manifestation of particle fluctuations and quantum gravity. Feel that quantum fluctuation in every cell and enjoy the sensation.

Your past experiences can lead you to your purpose. Maybe try this - what is one cause you really care about ? Or one problem you have always wanted to solve ? Or what troubles you the most in the world ? You need to do some deep introspection.
