Whats the salary for a P3 Software Development Engineer at Workday?

I have 6 years of exp with 2 years of relevant 3exp and masters. What can I expect for a p3 given this exp? I have to talk to recruiter tomorrow on this before offer is rolled out. Any help is highly appreciated.

120k base, 100k-120k initial RSU/4 year, average 50k annual refresh, no cash bonus. Sign on will be on 10-20k level. This is for backend (non application developer) SDE P3. YMMV.

Updated P3 current offer - base 170K. RSU - 135 / 4 per yr. Sign on - 15K. Bonus - 10%
