Like everywhere I apply, guaranteed rejection. Additional info: on F1 visa, 0 YOE. Please no trolls. It's not joke material.
Instead of saying incorporated changes use action words such as partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, successfully implemented xxx solution to drive xx increase Also include quantification where you can...example: partnered with x teams to deliver x results globally with x number of users It’s not clear how big the projects are

The resume looks solid. How did you apply these jobs? Online only? Career fair? Referrals?
online
Go to campus career fair and handout resumes or directly sending messages to recruiters on LinkedIn will help tremendously

F1 visa and 0 YOE would be the major reasons not to hire. You just have to find the right company where you fit.
Maybe it’s just me but I hate resumes that put education as the first section. To me as a hiring manager that’s the least important thing about you. I’d start the resume with a highlights section mentioning the five most important things you want a person to know about you like special projects, skills, etc. Try to tell me as soon a possible how you are different from all the other interns that applied for the job. Then list relevant experience, then a couple of lines about education at the end. Realize most people only read the resume to half way to decide if they are going to continue.
He's just a new grad with 0 year of full time job experience. I also did that when I was a new grad. I only moved my education to the last once I gained a few years of experiences
Schools aren’t prestigious
