This is legit pointless without YOE and location. I live in a place where its $150/sq ft for a house. Bay is like $7500/sq inch and 400k TC is poverty level

Why is it 350 next ? What I mean is - why such a drastic drop ?

At granted, it is 525k this year and 325 next At vested, it is 650k this year and 370 next.

I get what you mean, but we want to know what the industry is getting in general. When you buy a house they're not gonna give you a discount just because you have fewer yoe
