The company I'm at uses Microsoft Dynamics for CRM but I find it lackluster. I have tried Oracle's and it's clunky. Salesforce seems the most user intuitive and has better integration with Marketing tools. I'm curious what others have used and preferred?
The #1 CRM ..
The only true CRM
I worked briefly in CRM at msft its a shit show and seen as just a cash cow whereas its the primary business for salesforce to it makes sense that its much better. Microsoft CRM only does so good because of the fact once their claws are in (i.e. all your systems are using theirs its hard to switch). Although honest benefit is integration with other msft services

It really depends on your business (small, medium, large) and whom you sell to (b2c or b2b). Here's a list of CRM software by rating on g2 crowd: https://www.g2crowd.com/categories/crm
SFDC is worth the money.
Rolodex
Have used SAP, SugarCRM, and SFDC. SFDC over everything and it’s not even close.
How about workday?
Haven't tried them. I thought they were just HR.
Workday isn't a CRM
