There are so many posts on Blind related to team matching issue. Lets post answers to following pointers to give idea to other applicants who already interviewed or are about to: 1) when did you last interview for onsite with Google? 2) any recent developments with team matching? 3) did you get your preferred location? please mention what you wanted v/s what you got 4) yoe? had system design? what level? 5) latest news from your recruiter? 6) state of mind!
1) June on-site 2/3) Had many interviews for MTV office, but I decided to go for Zurich or London 4) 3 YOE / no system design 5) Application “on-hold”. Constantly communicating with him. At least he is not ghosting me 6) after so much time preparing what would you think? The last mile is definitely the worst part. My work performance dropped to zero. And it’s super annoying applying for other companies.
1. April 2. Supposed to be easy to match in 2 weeks. 3. Yes, bay area 4. 1 yoe. No system design. L3 5. Match will be easy in early October. 6. Already waited 4 months, I can wait 2 more weeks. Recruiter is very responsive. Always responds to my emails day of.
1. Mid August 2. None 3. NA 4. 2.5 yoe, no system design, l3 5. Cleared HC 6. Screwed Interview were upper range of medium difficult leetcode.

So hard being a women in tech industry
1) June onsite 2)Passed HC in early september after 2 months of unsuccessful team match Second week of team match post HC now 3) N/A 4) 4 yoe, no system design, l4 5) still team matching :( 6) pretty sucky. I stopped thinking about google until 2 weeks ago after i passed HC. Now it's the only thing on my mind and I'm doing practically nothing at work
Hey atleast u got that free salary while you wait, how were the interview questions difficulty wise? And what is your leetcode question split?
Lol you dont get any kind of salary from google. Honestly my interview felt pretty easy. I didnt do much LC, maybe 5-10 questions total. I mostly just used EPI
