When do we have yearly review cycle

October is review season, December is ACR (where they determine your “raise”) and stock refreshes depend on personnel, performance, who your manager is and budgets

October you should be getting your quarterly review, also from what I understand ACR reviews start in DEC. Stock refresh can happen during this time too

Starts in October, manager should communicate to you in mid December to be effective Jan 1st
