I have got a L6 PM offer from Amazon for Bay area. TC [Y1: 310, Y2: 300, Y3: 270, Y4: 270] Per Amazon recruiter TC for all 4 years is 310k [based off an higher stock price they are projecting internally]. I am being told that they will adjust RSU if the value does not hit the projected numbers for Y3 and Y4. Does Amazon really do that ?

At year 3 they give you refresh for year 5. Often times the refreshers don't stack unless you get top rating or get promoted.
Will they offer you less than TC at year1?

Thanks for the info. My offer letter does not have the Y3 and Y4 TC (just the number of RSU's). Do you think the recruiter would add it in the offer letter if I ask ?
